Terms of Use

Currencies

Payment as well as refunds for shipments are all invoiced in multiple currency depending on customer located country.

Credit Cards will be Debited in currency which shown in the Checkout Page, and thus, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the Credit Card company processed the transaction.

Payment Security

1st time customers paying with credit cards might need to be verified by their banks before funds are sent.
The order will be reserved but this might delay shipping time.

In accordance with the new EU Regulation EU 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR), the data may be transferred to non EU countries or countries not belonging to the European Economic area, that however grant an adequate level of protection of the personal data.
In any case, the data processing will take place in accordance with the provisions of the current rules and regulations

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery time and Cost

All orders may complete payment within 3 working day, and shipped with shipping methods following customers choice after the product is ready.

Orders received on a saturday / Sunday / Or Holiday will be processed the following business day.

We do not accept responsibility for carrier delays, or delays caused by holidays or natural disaster.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout page.

Once order is shipped, arrival time of the packages may vary from country to country.
Orders inside Japan takes approximately 24 - 72 Hours to arrive after the product has shipped. (Excluding the Okinawa, Hokkaido, the other isolated islands.)

Order from outside of Japan takes usually upon 2 - 15 working days depending on the country of delivery, and the Shipping methods customer choose at the Checkout page.

Shipment to outside Japan may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxed, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by æsthesia and owner of the website.

Taxes and Duties

Order Item shipped to inside Japan all include Taxes, Duties and import fees.

Order Item shipped to outside Japan may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxed, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by æsthesia and owner of the website.

Orders to all other countries might include Taxes, Duties and Import fees which are country specific and are not covered by æsthesia.
These fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer.

If these payments are not met on delivery, the item doesn’t clear customs or if the item is not withdrawn for any reason, the item will be sent back to æsthesia or destroyed, depending on local laws.

Return import fees will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will not be given in cases in which the package has been destroyed or lost once sent back to æsthesia.

If and when an agent is necessary in order to clear a package from customs, these fees are the sole responsiblity of the client and will not be reimbursed by æsthesia.

Important Information

All orders may complete payment within 3 working day.

However, during sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out due to our production capacity.

In the case of a Non-Standard volume shipment, we reserve the right to contact the client for payment of additional shipment costs that may arise.

aesthesia jewelry will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, International Customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of æsthesia.

First time customers might need to be checked with their bank and/or Credit provider for authenticity reasons. This may slightly delay order dispatch.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the æsthesia product storage within the time that is tated on the Product Page.

aesthesia jewelry will not be held responsibile for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of æsthesia that cause.

In the case that a client decided not to accept his/her order, for any reason after shipment, both return shipping fees and import fees will be his/her responsibility and duly deducted from his/her refund.

Insurance

About the shipment insurence, as we offer 3 types of shipment, insurence that covers damage, theft and loss is depending on the shipping methods customer choose.

Once the package has been signed for or received by customer, orgift recipient the responsibility shifts to the customer and the insurance is void.

We urge customers to not accept package that are damaged, broken or seem to have been tampered with.

In such cases contact our customer care at info@aesthesia.jewelry for support.

We do not offer returns based on these accusations once the package has been signed for.

Return Policy

We gladly accept exchanges or refund within 14 days from the receipt of the product but only if customer notify before 7days from receipt of the product.

Kindly note that we can only exchange product for the same article in a difference finishing, or size, or model of product.

The new size, or correct product will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.

Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.

We cannot offer exchanges or returns of merchandise that require cities documentation to travel.

In order to start the exchange or refund process the customers can contact the aesthesia jewelry customer care by email at info@aesthesia.jewelry

Stating the order number, reason for return and whether it is a request for product exchange or a refund.

The customer will then receive an email with a return authorization number that is needed to fill out the return tag which must be sent back with the item/s in question.

The customers can also give his phone contact in order to be contacted by the info@aesthesia.jewelry team as soon as possible.

Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to aesthesia jewelry avoiding any dicrepancy.

Item/s that will not match aesthesia jewelry Return Policy will be not take into consideration and sent back to the customer at his/her own cost.

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (Box, Customer Caresheet, Wrapping, etc...)

The item/s must be unharmed, worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached.

The aesthesia jewelry packaging MUST not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.

If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Size or Color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock.

Exchanges for different items are not accepted. An item can only be exchanged once.

The refund procedure will take 10 days from the arrival of the item/s at the aesthesia jewelry product storage.

Any changes in currency rate during the return period will not be reimbursed.

Orders paid by Credit Card will be refunded to the original Card used during Checkout.

The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement, this may change depending on Banks and Credit providers

Bank Transfer refunds will be refunded to the original account after the customer has sent the info@aesthesia.jewelry customer care team his/her bank coordinates.

All return shipping, import and Custom fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer.

These fees will be deducted from the final refund and will not be reimbursed.

Estimated cost of potential import and Custom fee will be UP TO 30% of the value of the returned goods estimated shipping fees will be calculated and comunicated via email once we received the return request.

All above costs will be paid by the customer.

Sale items and items with reduced prices follow the same regulation as full price items.

Payment

We currently only accept payments using Visa / JCB / Master Card / American Express / Diners / Discover and Express Checkout such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, also as an alternative way we accept payment by Bank Transfer.

However, if information is accessed by a third party not due to negligence on our part - aesthesia.jewelry will not be held responsible.

Orders

Once an order has been placed the requested item/s are automatically reserved until the Credit Card has been charged or the Bank Transfer has been approved, at which point the customer will receive an email notifying them the order has been accepted with an official receipt of purchase.

In case of advanced payment for items that will become available in the future the Card is charged when placing the order and the item/s will be reserved until it is available and shipped unless otherwise stated.

In such cases Bank Transfer need to be carried out within 3 days of placing the order or the product will no longer be reserved.

First use customers paying by Credit Card might face a slight delay in charges due to an authentication process that’s takes place.

In such cases the receipt and final confirmation of the order will be sent to the customer after approval from the Bank.

Pricing and Charges

We currently only accept orders in multiple currencies by payment platform Stripe

Item/s shipped inside Japan, all include Taxes and Duties within the stated product price.

Customers from other countries may be charged for Taxes, Duties and Import fees under their country’s law and will not reimbursed by aesthesia.jewelry .

Shipping costs are country specific and are calculated at Checkout when selecting the shipping option. Different prices may occur by shipping country.

This is as a result of either changes in currency or due to different pricing in different countries and shipping methods.

Orders are processed in multiple currency depending on which country you are located, and Checkout page will display the price with specific currency.

At the beginning of each collection releasing, a fixed exchange rate is determined, and is used to determine the estimated price in the other currencies.

However, when the order is processed, the exchange rate used is the current exchange rate. For this reason, there may be a difference between the estimated cost, and the cost charged at the time of processing.

When an refund is processed, the exchange rate used is that of the current day. This may also cause a variance in the price payed and the price refunded, due to fluctuating exchange rates.

Sale

If a customer ordered an item/s and within 1 day of the placing the order the specific item/s has been chosen to go on sale with a reduced price the customer has the right to get the price difference refunded by contacting info@aesthesia.jewelry .

Sale item/s and item/s with reduced prices follow the same regulation as full price item/s.

Returns and Exchange

Shipping, Insurance, and Delivery

If the order is PRODUCT IN STOCK, orders are shipped within 3 working days of received payment.

If the order is MADE-TO-ORDER, orders are shipped after the products arrive at the aesthesia jewelry product storage.

If customer requested we will send an email to notify about the production states.

If the order is PRE-ORDER PRODUCT, orders are shipped at the estimated delivery dates that shown in Product Page.

During sale seasons shipping time may be delayed due to a large amount of orders being places.

Once the package is signed for at the stated address by the client (or gift recipient) the insurance is no longer valid and responsibility is transferred to the customer.

We ship with Japan Post and require signature upon receipt.
If the client contrary to this requirement, the responsibility for the package’s security lies solely with the client.
